Allowing a collection service to Access your account

Dear Ryan,
I did not give a debt collector to my bank account number, but I tried the Gallery from the my account there is other way to get my account information, legitimate? or should I bring legal action against them?

There are a few things you need to do before pursuing legal action.First, you must verify and be sure that this company was really trying to collect from your bank account ... I say this because if I gave them your bank account information, there is no way you could have legally acquired. in addition, we need your permission before they can receive any funds from your account. Secondly, if you specify that could actually this company, I call them and cried out for a little on this issue would do so before pursuing legal action because lawyers are not cheap and you don't want to be forced on a lawyer and filing suit.
