How reopening an account Was closed as a "credit card can improve credit

Dear Ryan,
I had a credit card that the Bank was closed as a result of late payments.I know that I have to pay on time and paid credit card off 6 months later, the Bank has offered to reopen the account, but I am curious if this is a good thing or a bad thing for my report says closed from creditor, if this is reopened this show will be opened?

Hello [name removed]
Generally, open credit card accounts look better on your credit report from closed accounts because the opening of accounts show you have used the card responsible supervision card is not "closed" creditor. Before doing anything, I would ask the lender if you intend to open a new account or simply re-open their account closed If it is just to open a new account, will remain closed from creditor "entry for your credit report and a new entry for the new account will be reported – this will not do good; however, if in fact they are opening the closed account, this could potentially improve your credit because the entry" closed by credit "will be changed to" Open ".Ask this before making a decision.

Hope this helps,
Ryan

Credit card accounts that are marked as "open" on your credit report is generally better for your credit score from a closed account this is due to two things: first of all, an open account payment history building. Payment history has great impact on your credit score monitoring more history (positive), the better your score will be. Secondly, an open account indicates that you do not have screwed so badly that the creditor is closed (or charged) account; therefore, if given the chance, it is prudent to ask the creditors any closed accounts on your credit report to examine the reopening of the account.
